Terms & Conditions For Compressed & Rolled Mattress
Trial period: Compressed and rolled mattresses purchased from Viva Houz Sdn Bhd shall be eligible for a return and refund within 100 days of purchase, if you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your Mylatex mattress. Returns can be effected by emailing us at email@example.com and we will arrange for the mattress purchased by you to be picked up from the point of delivery upon purchase. Once we have collected it and assessed the mattress, your total payment to Viva Houz Sdn. Bhd. will be refunded. The refund shall be subject to the following conditions:
To be eligible for a return, you must be a Viva Houz Sdn Bhd customer and have been sleeping on your mattress for at least 25 days. It takes 3-4 weeks for your body to adjust to a new mattress, as such, we require you to try the mattress for at least 25 days before making a return request.
Mattress purchased from Viva Houz Sdn. Bhd. only accompanied by the original receipt and packaging shall be eligible for a return or a refund.
All return/refund requests, are to be sent via email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number with the reasons for returning your purchase.
To complete your return request, we require submission of the original receipt and for you to be available on the scheduled pickup date and at the scheduled time determined by Viva Houz Sdn Bhd. There will be a rescheduling fee of RM150.00 imposed on any rescheduling of collection date and/or time which sum will be deducted promptly from the refund amount.
If you are not reachable or do not respond to our attempts to contact you with regards to your return request within the 100 days trial period, you are no longer eligible under this return/refund scheme.
Upon expiry of the 100 days return period your purchase is no longer eligible for return/refund.
Only one purchase per household shall be eligible for the 100-day trial programme and the eligibility cannot be used to exchange a mattress of any other type or size. You are not eligible for a return if you have ordered the wrong size, type, or want to change the size of the mattress, upgrade or downgrade the mattress purchased.
Where a particular product type is returned from an initial order, the customer and/or shipping address will not be eligible for additional trial periods on subsequent purchases of that particular product (e.g. if you return a Mylatex mattress, you will not be eligible for the applicable trial period on future Mylatex PRO or Mylatex ZENN purchases). This applies to all new purchases from the same customer. Customers may be identified by customer name, delivery address, phone number, email address, or by any other means.
If we have grounds to believe that you are returning the mattress for reasons other than because you are genuinely dissatisfied with the manufacturing quality of the product arising from a manufacturing defect we reserve the right to reject your request for return of the product or to a refund of the purchase price and reserve the right to refuse to sell our products to you in the future.
Damaged and/or stained mattresses shall no longer be eligible for return and/or refund under this scheme. The returned mattress must be in good condition at the time of return.
The mattress must be wrapped up securely using its original plastic or any other plastic that can serve the same purpose after inspection by our representative before handing over the product. A packaging charge of RM300 shall be payable in the event the product is handed over to our representative unwrapped towards wrapping and/or cleaning and/or restoration purposes) which, will be deducted promptly from the refund amount.
The collection address must be the same as delivery address and returns are only valid in territories where Viva Houz Sdn Bhd sells and ships.
